Experience:
Bill is an Aquatic Technician with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the design, operation and maintenance of aquatic facilities. Since 1970 he has inspected and analyzed hundreds of facilities regarding potential development and/or rehabilitation. He has been consulted on numerous facilities regarding daily operations, developing training programs for operational personnel, safety, economics, chemical handling & application and equipment operation & maintenance.
Bill teaches aquatics personnel and pool maintenance staff on the aspects of aquatic facility operations. He also instructs the Certified Pool Operator’s Course (NSPF) wherein thousands of professional pool operators are trained.

Responsibilities:
Bill makes a substantial contribution to the team and to any aquatic project by performing design and specifications of water chemistry equipment, filtration systems as well as evaluation of existing conditions and their repair, if required. His contribution ensures the success any aquatic rehabilitation or pool, equipment upgrade or replacement. His abilities also ensure that new facilities receive the best and latest equipment and technology in filtration and automated systems. His “hands on” experience in pool operations and maintenance make his contribution of experience and design abilities important. His familiarity with all types of filtration, sanitation and automated systems as well as his background in computer-aided drafting and design make his expertise a vital part of the team.
